Who we are

What we collect and why

Demo and contact enquiries. When you submit our contact form we collect your name, email address, company or property name, which best describes you, and your message. We use this to reply to you and arrange your demo — that's it. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you initiate.

Platform accounts. If you register for the Property Clicks platform we hold your account details (name, email, business details) to provide the service under ourterms of business.

Enquiries made on our clients' property websites are collected on behalf of the estate agent, holiday let owner or photographer named on that page — they are the controller of that information and their own privacy policy applies; we process it as their platform provider.

Private guest guides. Holiday hosts can store stay instructions and create labelled access links. We hold this information on their behalf, separately from public property pages. Anyone with a valid private link can read the guide until it expires, is revoked or is disabled by the host.

What we don't do

We don't sell personal data, we don't add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for, and this website currently sets no advertising or analytics cookies.

Where your data is processed

We use reputable service providers to run the platform: Netlify (website hosting and form handling), Supabase (application database and media storage), Resend (property enquiry email delivery), Google (mapping services) and Vimeo/YouTube (video hosting, where used). Our database is hosted in London. Hosting, email and embedded-service providers may also process data internationally, including in the United States. Contact us for details of the providers and the applicable transfer arrangements.

Platform cookies and usage records

The platform uses essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember authorised access to private deliveries, guest guides or password-protected properties. These are separate from marketing consent. Configured Street View can load automatically; embedded video and maps are provided by the named third parties. Private guest guides do not embed maps or video.

We record aggregate property views and video plays, and use short-lived, hashed request identifiers to limit abuse. Property enquiry details are saved in the appropriate client workspace and sent to that client’s designated address. There is no routine central copy of every enquiry. Temporary download archives expire after 24 hours.

Retention

Contact enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards. Platform account data is kept for the life of the account and deleted in line with our terms of business after termination. Guest-link expiry ends access; it does not delete the host’s guide or the record of the link. Hosts can clear guide content, and guide data is deleted when its property or account is deleted.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct or delete it, request restriction or portability where applicable, or object to our processing. You can withdraw optional marketing consent by contacting the business you gave it to. Emailhello@propertyclicks.co.uk and we'll respond promptly.
