What we collect and why
Demo and contact enquiries. When you submit our contact form we collect your name, email address, company or property name, which best describes you, and your message. We use this to reply to you and arrange your demo — that's it. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you initiate.
Platform accounts. If you register for the Property Clicks platform we hold your account details (name, email, business details) to provide the service under our terms of business.
Enquiries made on our clients' property websites are collected on behalf of the estate agent, holiday let owner or photographer named on that page — they are the controller of that information and their own privacy policy applies; we process it as their platform provider.
What we don't do
We don't sell personal data, we don't add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for, and this website currently sets no advertising or analytics cookies.
Where your data is processed
We use reputable service providers to run the platform: Netlify (website hosting and form handling), Supabase (application database and media storage), Google (mapping services) and Vimeo/YouTube (video hosting, where used). Each processes data on our instructions under their own security commitments.
Retention
Contact enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards. Platform account data is kept for the life of the account and deleted in line with our terms of business after termination.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our processing. Email hello@propertyclicks.co.uk and we'll respond promptly. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
