How Property Clicks works

A practical guide to your workspace, property websites and delivery links.

What is Property Clicks?

Property Clicks is a UK-focused platform for private photo delivery, branded property showcase websites and holiday guest guides. Photographers, estate and letting agents, and holiday cottage owners can manage their content in a business workspace.

Who is it for?

Photographers can deliver photographs and create a showcase for their agent clients. Estate and letting agents can share property details, photographs, films and enquiry links under their own branding. Holiday cottage owners can present their accommodation and provide a private guide for guests.

What is included in the Free plan?

The first 15 independently registered businesses receive 1 GB of storage and stay free. Free includes private photo delivery, public property websites, business branding and owner editing of property content. Free uses the fixed Light showcase layout. Client editing, a choice of showcase layouts and custom subdomains require a paid plan. Invited team members do not use a free business place.

How much are the paid plans?

Starter costs £5 per month with 1 GB. Studio costs £49 per month with 25 GB, or £490 per year. Pro costs £99 per month with 100 GB, or £990 per year. Enterprise costs £199 per month with unlimited total storage. Existing per-file upload limits still apply. No VAT is added to these prices. Paid plans require approval and payment; registration does not charge a card.

Can clients edit a property website?

On active paid workspaces, the owner can invite clients and enable selected editing permissions. These can cover property facts, the Sales Headline, price, status, EPC information, floorplans, photo order and showcase style. Clients only see their assigned workspace. On Free, the workspace owner can edit content but invited clients cannot.

How are photo delivery and the public showcase different?

The public showcase is the property marketing website. Private photograph delivery uses a separate access link for the intended recipient, with original and resized downloads. Recipients should keep private links confidential. Client workspace access is separate and requires sign-in.

Can I use my own domain?

Free property websites use view.propertyclicks.co.uk followed by the property’s unique web address. Paid plans offer an assisted setup for a subdomain on your own domain, such as view, showcase, microsite or properties. Your organisation or IT provider manages its DNS records and domain renewal; Property Clicks provides instructions and basic email support.

Does it support letting agents?

Yes. Letting agents can add properties to let, track applications and letting status, show furnished or unfurnished information, and choose weekly or monthly rent. Owners can decide whether prices and status appear publicly.

What can holiday cottage owners share with guests?

Owners can show accommodation photographs, amenities and nightly, weekly or monthly advertised rates. The separate private guest guide can contain arrival details, Wi-Fi information and practical instructions for the stay. This complements your booking arrangements rather than replacing a booking engine.

Can I recover a photograph deleted by mistake?

Photographs moved to the recycle bin can be restored for 30 days. Binned files count towards the storage allowance until permanently deleted. An undo option helps reverse an accidental move to the bin.

Where does local information come from?

Local area information is generated from Google location services rather than requiring each client to write it from scratch. Maps and Street View help viewers explore the property location. Coverage varies by location; check the property’s map position before publishing.

What happens at my storage limit?

Further uploads pause when a limited plan reaches its allowance; existing files remain available. There are no automatic overage charges. You can remove unneeded media or request an upgrade. Enterprise has no total storage quota, but individual file upload limits still apply.
