Seven looks, your own colours
Paid plans let you choose and change showcase layouts; Free uses Light. Add your branding with curated heading and body fonts. Set accent, header and footer colours with colour pickers or exact colour values. Transparent PNG and solid JPEG logos sit alongside your office address, phone, email and social links.
A bin, not an accidental goodbye
Move photographs to the bin with an undo option. Restore mistakes from the recycle bin within 30 days; photographs are then permanently removed. Binned originals continue to use storage until removal.
Recognisable clients and properties
Client logos put each agency in context. Property thumbnails make the list easy to scan, with alphabetical or recently added sorting, clear statuses and links to each property’s tools.
Invitations and password recovery
Invite clients to their own workspace. Email verification and a self-service password reset help them get started. Account permissions separate businesses, while the platform support team can help when needed.

Add bedrooms, bathrooms and land in acres or hectares. Include Auction as a sale option, asking-price preferences, EPC information and PDF floorplans. Choose which details and statuses appear publicly.

Permissions keep each client in their own workspace; the workspace owner controls media and publication access.

To Let, Application Received, Let Agreed and Let, plus furnishing details. Choose weekly or calendar-monthly rent. Holiday owners can choose a nightly, weekly or monthly advertised rate. Hide prices and status labels when they are not needed.
Photo delivery
Short private delivery links, with a 30-day default expiry and no recipient account required; selected or complete downloads; original, 2048 px and 1024 px files; ZIP progress, cancellation and retry.

Keep arrival instructions, Wi-Fi and access details separate from the public showcase. Create a private link for each stay, choose its expiry and revoke access when needed. Guests can open it without an account.
Branded artwork and QR cards
Download square, portrait and story artwork using your photograph, logo and colours. Add a visible price or status if wanted. PNG and PDF QR cards connect printed material to the public property showcase.
Reusable wording and useful prompts
Save client wording, copy it into a property and review it before saving. A contextual checklist helps you spot missing photos, contact details, rental information or guest essentials.
