Based in South Manchester and covering the North West of England, North Wales, and the Midlands, we are a dynamic team of photographers, videographers, and marketers. At Property Clicks, we specialise in delivering affordable, professional visual solutions that empower estate agents, letting agents, landlords, investors, and holiday cottage owners to amplify their marketing success with stunning content.

Owned and operated by Nick Tomlinson, Property Clicks is built on decades of industry expertise and a deep understanding of what works in the property market. Nick’s journey began back in the late ’80s when he started as a Trainee Negotiator (yes, back when property photos were literally glued to paper!). He went on to become an Associate, Partner, and Director with various estate agents and property consultancies, gaining invaluable experience across the sector.

Nick is supported by a team of photographers, editors and social media managers, who, combined are a formidable and scalable force.

With a lifelong passion for photography and video—dating back to the days of dark rooms and chemical baths—Nick combines his property knowledge with cutting-edge visual content creation. His love for gadgets makes him perfectly suited to today’s fast-evolving world of photography and videography (though his bank manager and wife might not always agree!).

While Nick still maintains interests in land and property development, his focus is firmly on Property Clicks and helping clients get the most from their property marketing. His deep understanding of the market, paired with his visual creativity, means there’s little he hasn’t encountered or overcome in the world of property and media.

When he’s not behind the camera, Nick proudly serves as an Ambassador for The Stroke Association Charity. He also keeps busy watching his sons play rugby, cycling with his wife, and competing in triathlons—yes, he’s a full-on MAMIL (Middle-Aged Man in Lycra) with a GoPro to capture every mile!
